 | “En-Soul” artist releases second CD Freddie, the only known singer that created a new genre of music by combining Japanese Enka and American Pop/R&B (a.k.a. En-Soul) is scheduled to release his second CD on April 7. “Kansai Kuukou”, the follow-up release to “Chotto Matte”(Freddie’s first recording, released last year), continues to forge new ground with his Japanese lyrics, Enka melodies, and Pop/R&B grooves and format. “Kansai Kuukou” is a 2 song CD, the B-side, “Arigatou”, is a pop ballad duet, sang with daughter Antoinette(a.k.a. “Anchan”). The Artist Freddie “Please” Snedecor is a singer/songwriter, multi- instrumentalist, and producer from the U.S. Throughout his career, Freddie has worked with international stars such as Janet Jackson, Cheryl Lynn, etc. Freddie has also worked with several top name Japanese artists such as HY, Monta Yoshinori, Kan, Masatoshi Nakamura etc. Since living in Kobe(from 1993)Freddie has been performing R&B, rap, pops, jazz,Gospel and rock with several original and cover bands. Freddie launched his solo career in 2005. |  |
